As a Member, you may create Listings. You will be asked a variety of questions about the Accommodation to be listed, including, but not limited to, the location, capacity, size, features, availability of the Accommodation and pricing and related rules and financial terms. Listings will be made publicly available via the Site, Application and Services. Other Members will be able to book your Accommodation based upon the information provided in your Listing. You understand and agree that once a Tenant requests a booking of your Accommodation, the price for such booking may not be altered. Please note that Yube1 reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove or disable access to any Listing for any reason, including Listings that Yube1, in its sole discretion, considers to be objectionable for any reason, in violation of these Terms or otherwise harmful to the Site, Application or Services. Owners may choose to include security deposits in their Listings. Each Listing will describe whether a Security Deposit is required for the applicable Accommodation. Our Website collects certain other information from you on your visit such as your operating system, browser type, the URL of the previous web site you visited, your internet service provider and your IP Address ("Non-personal Information"). This information cannot be easily used to personally identify you.

1. All Tenants shall initiate the exit process via the Yube1 App only. Within 10 days from initiating exit, the Tenant shall view and provide acceptance on the App regarding the Settlement Confirmation Amount.
2. If the Tenant acknowledges the Settlement Confirmation Amount by the 5th, 15th and 25th day of any month, the amount shall be refunded by the 10th, 20th and 30th day respectively of the following month, provided the Tenant has vacated.
3. If a Tenant initiates exit but fails to confirm and complete it in entirety within 15 days, it shall be considered deemed acceptance.

In consideration for providing the Services, Yube1 collects service fees from Owners and Tenants ("Service Fees"). Service Fees are made up of two components: Owner Fees are deducted from the License Fees before remitting to the Owner, within 24 hours of when the Tenant arrives at the applicable Accommodation. Balances will be remitted to Owners via check, PayPal, direct deposit or other payment methods described on the Site. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for determining your applicable Tax reporting requirements in consultation with your tax advisors. Yube1 cannot and does not offer Tax-related advice to any Members. Each Owner is responsible for determining local indirect Taxes and for including any applicable Taxes in Listings. As a Tenant, you are responsible for leaving the Accommodation in the condition it was in when you arrived. You acknowledge and agree that, as a Tenant, you are responsible for your own acts and omissions and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of any individuals who you invite to, or otherwise provide access to, the Accommodation. Both Tenants and Owners agree to cooperate with and assist Yube1 in good faith, and to provide such information and take such actions as may be reasonably requested by Yube1, in connection with any complaints or claims made by Members. By making available any Member Content on or through the Site, Application and Services, you hereby grant to Yube1 a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use, view, copy, adapt, modify, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast, access, view, and otherwise exploit such Member Content. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all Member Content that you make available through the Site, Application and Services. You represent and warrant that you either are the sole and exclusive owner of all Member Content or have all rights necessary to grant Yube1 the rights in such Member Content as contemplated under these Terms. The Site, Application and Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that Yube1 is not responsible or liable for the availability, accuracy, content, products, or services on or available from such websites or resources. Links to such websites or resources do not imply any endorsement by Yube1. We welcome and encourage you to provide feedback, comments and suggestions for improvements to the Site, Application and Services ("Feedback"). You may submit Feedback by emailing us at tech@yube1.in or through the Contact section. You acknowledge and agree that all Feedback will be the sole and exclusive property of Yube1 and you hereby irrevocably assign to Yube1 all of your right, title, and interest in and to all Feedback, including without limitation all worldwide patent, copyright, trade secret, moral and other proprietary or intellectual property rights therein. Yube1 respects copyright law and expects its users to do the same. It is Yube1's policy to terminate in appropriate circumstances the Yube1 Accounts of Members or other account holders who repeatedly infringe or are believed to be repeatedly infringing the rights of copyright holders. We may, in our discretion and without liability to you, with or without cause, with or without prior notice and at any time: (a) terminate these Terms or your access to our Site, Application and Services, and (b) deactivate or cancel your Yube1 Account. You may cancel your Yube1 Account at any time via the "Cancel Account" feature of the Services or by sending an email to tech@yube1.in. Please note that if your Yube1 Account is cancelled, we do not have an obligation to delete or return to you any Content you have posted to the Site, Application and Services In no event shall we, nor our directors, employees, agents, partners, suppliers or content providers, be liable under contract, tort, strict liability, negligence or any other legal theory with respect to the services for any damages arising out of or relating to your conduct in connection with the services. You shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our affiliates and each of our and their respective employees, contractors, directors, suppliers and representatives from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from or relate to your use or misuse of, or access to, the Services, Content, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or infringement by you of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. If you stay with or Owner anyone who you feel is acting or has acted inappropriately, including but not limited to anyone who: These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between Yube1 and you regarding the Site, Application, Services, and any bookings or Listings of Accommodations made via the Site, Application and Services, and these Terms supersede and replace any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements. Any notices or other communications permitted or required hereunder, including those regarding modifications to these Terms, will be in writing and given by Yube1 via email (to the address that you provide) or by posting to the Site or via the Application. For notices made by e-mail, the date of receipt will be deemed the date on which such notice is transmitted. These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Jurisdiction of Chennai (Tamil Nadu) where the registered office of Yube1 is present, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
 You and we agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of a court located in New Delhi, India for any actions for which the parties retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief. You and Yube1 agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, or to the use of the Services or use of the Site or Application (collectively, "Disputes") will be settled by binding arbitration. The failure of Yube1 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that right or provision. If for any reason an arbitrator or a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the other provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
